To register for a retreat, please:

Email and fax registrations are preferable as registration is on a first come, first served basis. Staff will contact you with further instructions on completing the registration process. Also note, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will be required before your registration is confirmed.

After Dr. Stapleton has approved your readiness for the retreat (by reviewing the Participant History and Personality Assessment Instrument) and after you have signed the authorization form, payment for the retreat will be automatically charged to your credit card based on the payment schedule (see Cancellation policy for payment schedule). Mind Body Health Services, Inc. (MBH) reserves the right to change the date or cancel a retreat for unforeseen circumstances up until 60 days prior to the event. In such case, you will be given the option of cancelling your reservation and receiving a full refund or you may apply any payments already made to a retreat on another date. NOTE: You may want to refrain from booking flights until at most 60 days prior to the date of your retreat.

In case you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you must confirm your desire to do so in writing and have it confirmed by MBH within 30 days of the retreat date. In this instance, all payments, less the $300 non-refundable deposit will be refunded to you. If you are unable to attend after this 30-day deadline has passed, you can transfer your reservation to another participant (as long as MBH agrees to that person’s participation), or reserve a spot for yourself at a later retreat.
